Backstory:I joined this league about 3 years ago after seeing the Commish post on The Bullpen at Rotojunkie.com looking for spots. I've never met any of these people in person but it's been a decent league (head to head, 12 teams, decent money, etc.). Anyway, I think they weren't happy with me because they always do stuff every week like say "Good game" to one another after their head to head match, which we have 2 matches every week, and I've never said anything. I've always thought that was pretty cheesey and knew it was a long season with a bunch of matches. So I got this email today:

Regarding Chris Davis, he got sent down to the minors and I missed it one week in time for getting my line-up in. No biggie. I went to the league site and couldn't get in so he wasn't bull####ting. I replied with this:> Dear eoMMan,>> After speaking with "the other guy running the league" it is our opinion you are no longer a good fit for our league and what is expected from each owner. >> We simply are not satisfied with your response to the very serious infraction of not fielding >> a competitive lineup. Playoff position and prize money are at stake and we take fielding competitive lineups very serious, especially if your season is lost. Even beyond the Chris Davis incident there was very little activity from your team after June, very little regard to making improvements. We simply did not see the effort we expect from an Owner. >> You're league access will be removed immediately.>> >> Best Regards,>> "The Commish"
Very lame. Be aware of joining leagues with people you don't know. You never know when you'll get kicked out."Commishes",That's ridiculous and you know it. The Chris Davis incident was merely a minor oversight and a lot of my line-up issues were due to not being able to pick up players on Sunday night (which is now fixed for future years). Also, "Commish", you say that I wasn't fielding a competitive team.....didn't I beat you just last week?I think you guys are more upset with me not saying the little, and to be honest, pointless things like "good game" every week. What probably happened was you had someone who is tighter with you guys, such as a close friend or family member, say "Hey, can I be in your league?" and you guys just decided to kick me out. Lame.Regardless, take care and it was fun.eoMMan
