Grab Buf D/ST for Monday night? (1 Viewer)

Currently winning 121 - 105. My opponent has the Jets D/ST going tomorrow night. I have the Vikings D/ST who are on a bye. I was reluctant to drop them but could pick up Buffalo if needed (there really isn’t anyone else I could drop to carry 2 D/ST). So do I hang on to Vikings D and hope Jets D don’t score 16 points or do I drop Vikings and pick up Buffalo to hopefully ensure the win?

It just takes a pick six to ruin the night. I think you have a 90% chance of winning without picking up Buffalo and I'd much rather have Minnesota D going forward. If you are ultra sure of your team making the playoffs and can mentally not have to see a shrink if you end up losing, then play without a D. Tough call. I think most would say to pick up the D though. Just depends on how sure you are of your team going forward. If it were my team, I would have to pick up the D because I just can't afford to have that 10% chance of happening thing..... actually happen. :)

Thanks for the reply. I’m currently 4-1 so I could theoretically take the chance. That’s the way I’m leaning, only because i am 4-1 and can afford the loss but it is unsettling as I’ve never purposely taken a goose egg at a position before.
