Did this last year as well. Here's the link to the grades from the 2009 draft analysis thread after a three year period.
Instead of complaining that draft grades are pointless until three years, what say we choose to be productive?
If you wish to participate please include the following:
1. List of drafted players. LINK to DraftHistory.com
2. Players still with team
3. Starters
4. Potential future starters
5. Pro-bowls
6. Positives
7. Negatives
8. Grade
Seattle Seahawks 2010 draft
1.6 Russell Okung T Oklahoma State
1.14 Earl Thomas DB Texas
2.28 Golden Tate WR Notre Dame
4.13 Walter Thurmond DB Oregon
4.29 E.J. Wilson DE North Carolina
5.2 Kam Chancellor DB Virginia Tech
6.16 Anthony McCoy TE USC
7.29 Dexter Davis LB Arizona
7.38 Jameson Konz RB Kent State
Players still with team: 6
Starters: 4
Potential future starters: 1
Pro-bowls: 4
Positives: Okung and Thomas are obvious homeruns, but perhaps Chancellor in the 5th was a grand slam. Seattle just extended Bam Bam Kam for four years. He puts the BOOM in the legion of boom. Tate hasn't been the player that I thought he would be, but he's made enough big plays to justify the pick. There's still hope that Thurmond will be a serviceable corner if he can stay healthy, and McCoy has been a solid contributor.
Negatives: Hard to complain when you nail this many picks in one draft. Wilson and Davis have both suffered through injuries. Konz was just a big freaky athlete gamble. They even tried him at DE.
Grade: A
EDIT: Because I have a hard time counting to 1.
