Trying to get Graham from a rebuilding team

is Collins, Eifert, mid 2nd enough to get him?

Sounds like this is a keeper/dynasty league?  What are the terms?  What would Graham cost to keep? 

In a vacuum, I'd think that's enough to get him.  I might try and drop that 2 to a 3 in the initial offer and see what the other owner says.
