The original owner of this team did a fantastic job at trading for talent, but he is unable due to college strains fullfill his obligations to run his team. I cannot trust that who has more important priorities to run a team ya know.
It is asked the owner of this team sit on a rules comittee (ie colluted trade, someone caught cheating, abuse of power, inactive owners, scoring errors, GM disputes, illegal pickups etc) that will make all important decisions the league adheres to.
League is 10 teams, 2 divisions.
Buy in 50 for 2009 season: Payouts, 250 for first, 150 for second and 100 for third. The winner receives a free trophy from CTC (I know the owner).
You'll need to communicate with my through email to get the draft date/time, league rules and committee expectations. I am looking for a hardcore owner to be with us for years to come. It isn't often that a good team like this is available for the taking, so you better jump on it while you can.
The FA wire is open until the end of February, and we will be begin a 12-hr/pick FA/minor league draft. We all will have 9 minor league slots to start the year. Once the player is called up, you'll have a week to sign the player to your major league roster or declare their release and sign another player. CBS Sportsline fees are a little too high so thats why we have a seperate roster. This team had six carryovers. However, the expanded bench is for pre-draft pick ups plus any of these minor leaguers that carried over, if they are in the league player database (search on players tab), please add them to your roster, or declare by post their release.
