Greatest TV Shows of All Time: FBG Consensus: It's Happening, 30 lists received so far. (9 Viewers)

Ehh, dont overthink this.
This. If there is a show you want to put it on your list, whether you haven't finished watching it, or whether the show is still in production, or whether it is technically a series of short movies, or whatever. Just put the damn show on your list and stand your ground friends.
Yeah, maybe I've only watched the first season of a show so far... but that's how much we've all seen of Watchmen, Chernobyl, Penguin, Band of Brothers, Andor, etc.
A common theme for those on my list where I don't expect anyone else to have included is that they had short runs either by design or early cancellations. Only a few on the list had rough starts and then found their groove. For a few the beginning or the end (or in one case the middle) were so good that I can look past the problematic periods.
I have a couple that are only 1 or 2 seasons

It took 8 lists for there to be no one show common to all lists. I dont think this happened in the horror countdown.

Up to 346 unique shows across all lists.
Do some of these people not have cable or something?
For some of us geezers, Zoom still refers to this.

and "The Electric Company" was an awesome kids show with Morgan Freeman and the Buffalo Bills O line.
The original Letterman

I dont think I have one show on my list that was abruptly cancelled I just cant start a series at this point if I know the story will be incomplete.

Ok so I made a list 1-70 in Word. It seems like (aside from changing shows and swapping stuff in and out) I need to double check each one on IMDB for spelling.

Do you want them linked to IMDB or just to check the format of the name?

My list is numbered 1-70, would you prefer bullets?

You've seen my list. #37 is a welcome modern return to each episode being mostly a standalone story rather than a chapter in the single story. There is a place for both, but sometime 45 minutes (or 22) of a show you usually like is a perfect fit. Better yet when you mostly like it a lot. But I am also from a time when there were three channels, and it took from early September to late May to watch a season of something. I watched #52 and many of the older items when they originally aired, so my viewing habit might have evolved from 3 to 200+ channels to renting VHSs and then DVD and then streaming, but some of those originals and original way to consume are still favorites.

I have three - two of them are at the bottom because they were never finished (but loved each) and one I love so much it’s high up despite being cancelled after one season (somehow it’s still had a satisfying ending).

He said no numbering just a list with favorite on top and 70th favorite on the bottom.

This, and no need for linking.

I'm stuck @ 75 and that's including me not having watched some of the most highly regarded shows. I'm very tempted to not include some of the shows that I know will make this but that's probably against the spirit of this.

100% don't include just to do it. It's what you've seen and like

Yeah stuff like Fargo, etc.

one show.
OK regarding this:

One of my selections was “The People vs OJ Simpson” which first appeared as a mini-series. Then later on they decided to make it an anthology and added two more seasons about Versace and Monica Lewinsky. I didn’t watch either of those. I want the first season only. Can I have it, or do I need to replace it?

Interesting case. I think if you can link to an imdb page of it as its own limited series, it's fine as a standalone. If you can only find it as one season of a show, it most likely does not qualify.

I can probably be convinced to make some exceptions, but I really want to avoid having separate seasons of shows in the rankings.

IMBD lists People v OJ as Season One of "American Crime Story"
