Wow. I figured I would be higher on the unique percentage. Although, thinking about it, around 30-40% of uniqueness might be optimal for my thoughts on putting this list together.482 is the total number of shows submitted. Of these, 285 are only on one list. Here is the percent of each list that are one of those one off shows that only they chose.

we will countdown the overall top 100 or so
482 unique shows submitted so far across all lists.
So when the countdown starts, will you post all of the shows that don't make the final countdown along with the number of lists for each? "The first 700 out" (or whatever number).![]()
I'm trying to remember how much i looked forward to a show, whether it was 2 days ago or 40+ years ago and rank them that way.Forget secrecy - I would like to remind all participating of the amazingness that was: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ren & Stimpy, Head of the Class, Mr. Wizard's World, and Remote Control.
Hardest part of this for me were the childhood classics I had to put up against the great modern shows.
If those shows only appear on one list no one would really be expecting to see them anyway.we will countdown the overall top 100 or so

I certainly can, but would doing this at the start kind of spoil things if we know a bunch of shows already that didn't make it?

Interesting approach, but may be tougher to do for older shows when you actually had to wait a week (or longer) back in the day.I'm trying to remember how much i looked forward to a show, whether it was 2 days ago or 40+ years ago and rank them that way.Forget secrecy - I would like to remind all participating of the amazingness that was: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ren & Stimpy, Head of the Class, Mr. Wizard's World, and Remote Control.

Crime Story was awesome. I still remember the theme song: Runaway. I may be biased since it was set in Chicago.Dammit. I don’t want to replace it. Just give me the whole series I guess.
If nobody else lists American Crime Story on their lists, I'll just leave yours as is.
Better than My Strange Addiction?damnit. I had american crime story on my list and I was gonna be all like "what great taste I have in tv" the whole series was good, not just that season
When worked nights I used to set my VCR to this every week.Crime Story was awesome. I still remember the theme song: Runaway.
It is tougher, but I still ended up with quite a few older shows. Shows that probably won’t be too high, or even on most lists, but just shows with a lot of nostalgia to me.Interesting approach, but may be tougher to do for older shows when you actually had to wait a week (or longer) back in the day.I'm trying to remember how much i looked forward to a show, whether it was 2 days ago or 40+ years ago and rank them that way.Forget secrecy - I would like to remind all participating of the amazingness that was: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ren & Stimpy, Head of the Class, Mr. Wizard's World, and Remote Control.

specify the year like this (1976) if they are different. How would I differentiate between the cartoon and the live action show?
Yeah, I should have done that. I put (cartoon)specify the year like this (1976) if they are different. How would I differentiate between the cartoon and the live action show?
I’m going to copy the title directly from IMDb which I think will make sorting easier for scores. How would I differentiate between the cartoon and the live action show?

Yeah, I did. Thanks!I’m going to copy the title directly from IMDb which I think will make sorting easier for scores. How would I differentiate between the cartoon and the live action show?
It’s ok to amend the title with a year or whatever if the two shows have the exact same name on IMDb. It’s ok if it’s not perfect.
Does anyone have a link to one of those ranking apps to help me organize my list?
They’re on my list. Hugely important shows that were a big part of my childhood.Fair to assume nobody is really including kids shows? Mr. Rogers, Sesame Street, and the like?

No. Although I considered that third one.
Stump the Schwab or Dating Game or Hollywood Squares
Love it, and will be on my list. But that is not what I'm referring to.
Are we just spotlighting all shows in here now? I don't know the rules.

Articles are important!Another thing that I’m seeing is people omitting the “The” for some shows. So “Sopranos” instead of “The Sopranos”.
I just went to check if I included the “The” or not, and realized that I forgot about that one entirely in my list. I can’t wait to find out what other shows I forgot about.Another thing that I’m seeing is people omitting the “The” for some shows. So “Sopranos” instead of “The Sopranos”.
