Green Bay at Dallas (1 Viewer)

You have an RB average juut short of 7.5 yards a carry - and you run only 4 times in the 2nd half with a 23 point lead
This really is a mind blowing stat.

Seriously stupid play calling there.

Props to Flynn. Led a comeback for real.
he puts another Packers record on his mantle. Most passing yards in a game. Most passing touchdowns in a game. And now biggest comeback in team history.
Negative. Aaron Rodgers tied those marks last year.
pretty sue you are wrong.
actually you are correct. But we're wrong in saying negative. Flynn still has those records alongside Rodgers too. Crazy that they tied to the yard.

Tolzien Time?
And weren't you adamant that the Packers needed to sign Flynn after Rodgers got hurt? It's obvious why he was cut so often. He has a total noodle arm.
I was scolded for questioning Thompson not signing him and Packers fans were saying how smart TT was to avoid him…few days later they signed him.

I just thought when Rodgers went down and you have a guy walking the streets that knows your playbook, seemed obvious to sign him even as a back up until Rogers came back. Obviously TT felt it prudent as well after the Philly game. I never said Flynn was a good QB, never.
Flawed…Mr Pack…hello? Pack, you lit me up like a Christmas Tree for even suggesting it. Yes he has looked god awful at times but he also managed to lead them back to victory today coupled with Dallas imploding. Now are the folks who thought GB should have signed Flynn immediately when he was available, are we all crazy still?
Yes.

I trust GM's and Head Coaches decisions over fans opinions. They know far more than fans. He was cut by 3 other teams for a reason.

Now with TT and MM, it's an ego thing, but the reports out there were his elbow was shot.

Fans got one right, but more luck on their part than not.

Just when I thought you couldn't get anymore stupid than Jim Schwartz, Dallas came along.

Ran the ball four times in the second half ? If that stat is true it is simply staggering.

Tbh, I feel for players like Dez. Passionate, competitive and a hell of a player. I'm sure Calvin has felt the same way many times in his NFL career only doesn't show up cause he's so down to earth, business like and quiet for someone with his talents.

Yes...TT and MM brought in Flynn because of their ego. :lmao:
Dude, put the grape juice down.

They didn't being him n originally because of their egos. Once they were pushed into a corner they did.

Man,now I know why people come at you all the time

He also accomplished something else that Favre and Rodgers has never accomplished... beating the Cowboys on the road! :pickle:

Because I think logically and reject that ego had anything to do with why Flynn was brought back.

It was desperation and a guy who was available who knew the offense if Tolzien couldn't do anything.

True...Favre never won in Dallas. Always one of his biggest struggles there.

Hurts him that he basically played them there during their hey day for the most part. Then the game he got hurt and Rodgers came in to almost pull out a win.

Flynn might be like Robert Jones, the early to mid nineties linebacker: he can play well only for that team and is a disaster everywhere else.
