Exactly. Can't be a walking injury, if you can't walk.Did you see the play? Jesus Christ.SproutDaddy said:Guy is a walking injury.
I did. Not meant to be critical. He can't catch a break.Did you see the play? Jesus Christ.SproutDaddy said:Guy is a walking injury.
I love watching him play and hope he doesn't have a Bavaro type career but that's where it looks like he's heading.Hopefully he can get back to his old form next year. That looked awful. :( He's one of the guys you just enjoy watching play football. Fantasy or not.
Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has an MRI scheduled for Monday on his injured knee, but initial testing was "not encouraging," a source has told Pro Football Talk.
IMO it looks like more than an ACL. Kneecap, meniskus...You have to think that if there is an ACL injury, Gronk won't be ready to start next season. He's not been one who is a fast healer, nor one who is likely to rush back from injury
Good news is his elbow should be fully healed by the time he plays again...
Definitely going to cut into his offseason partying.I'd bet on at least two ligament tears in that knee. He might not even be back opening day next season.
What awful injury luck for the Pats this year: Their best two defensive players and their best offensive player not named Brady.
Hit just as he planted his foot. But at least his foot slid on the turf and didn't catch. Bad, but I think it could have been worse. That looked awful. :(
This ruling on this post is........Funny!guarantee he will take a shirtless picture at some point this evening
Seriously. If it's "just" a torn ACL, I'm pretty happy. You know, considering.Torn acl with no other damage is the best case scenario after seeing the play.
Well this makes sense. A guy named fantasycurse drafted him. I wish I'd known that before I built like 5 teams around him.####!!!!!!! Note to self, Gronk has missed the playoffs for you back to back years - please bump in August to remind self no matter how much you love Gronk, you can't draft him!

Been posting in this thread and all other things Gronk related since July. Sorry though, yes I am cursed in fantasy football... Desperately trying to break the curse this year. Even if healthy...good luck passing The Great Gonzo. Just my opinion though.tdhartis said:Not saying it's going to happen, but injuries may stop him from being the best TE that has ever played. He certainly has/had the potential. Sad to see.
Or Brandon merriweather. For a league that seems SO serious about this injury stuff, they fail to recognize they could eliminate 80% of it by suspending about 4-5 guys.Still waiting to hear how Bernard Pollard was involved.
