Gurley or Mariota in Philly (1 Viewer)

section 8

I have the first pick in our Rookie Draft starting the first Monday after the NFL draft. I've had Gurley written down in ink for months. So...... all of a sudden the Philly trade with Tennessee is looking like it might actually be a real and "could" happen......What are the thoughts out there......Gurley ( assuming he's in a decent situation ) or Mariota at the Eagles.

2 QB....3RB....4WR...PPR Dynasty league

If half the talk is true, I think Mariota might find 80 yards a game rushing in Philly's O.

Well not every game, I'm not predicting over 1000...I think he's going to have several significant rushing games as Matthews is covered and he's gotta run. Matthews is not ready to be the lead dog and will have some learning this year.

Anywhere else, I don't rank Mariota near as high.

Philly also has the big nice hands TEs that for oh so many years young QBs have loved to go to in a pinch. Mariota would be set up well in Philly.

He will not beat out Bradford, he would have to be traded too. There IS an admiration of Kelly toward Bradford in college. It's not as strong as Mariota, but it's there. He is experienced and throws a pretty ball. I'd be shocked if Mariota beat him out.

I'd be shocked if they landed Mariota without trading Bradford to get it done.

gurley, easy. i don't believe mariota's game translates to the nfl as well as others do. i know i'm in the minority on this as he'll be a top nfl pick and most draftniks are high on him.
