is this a CBS error or is there a nuance about quality starts that Im not aware of?

Most likely an error, but probably caused by the fact that Happ left the game after 6.1 innings and 3 ER. He left a man on base that later scored, which as far as I know still counts against him for his QS. I suspect it will get changed.
