We are seeking fantasy football extremist to join our 32-team IDP Dynasty (2 Player Pool) NFL Theme Startup League. This dynasty league is developed to last the test of time, including extra conditional picks to keep league balanced over the long-term. 2 copies of each NFL player in each conference), required to allow 53 man rosters on 32 teams and the usual number of starters. Only 1 "copy" of each player allowed on a team. 8 man practice squad, IR, rookie only draft, etc.

We place a heavy focus on social engagement by utilizing our discussion board, social media accounts (FB, Twitter), hosting weekly live interactive radio shows, delivering weekly live video chats (Google hangout), and utilizing Myfantasyleague’s new video trash talk capability. These social tools are what separate this league from other fantasy football leagues. Thus, you must be a hardcore fantasy football nut to participate in this league. For example, each week we ask GMs to come on the radio show or video chat to discuss the results of their matchup, discuss trade possibilities, and provide insight on league matter.

This allows us to build a top notch community of GMs and provides a realist approach to fantasy football. We are looking for top quality high IQ managers that can keep up with the level of activity needed to perform in this league. You must be available at least once every few week to answer or respond to inquiries about your franchise.

I’m refreshing this thread since we had 32 owners ready to rock-n-roll, however three owners stepped down due to the level of effort needed to compete in this league. Although our slow auction veteran draft is set for 12 July, we have numerous of league activities going on daily for our hardcore fantasy nuts that is in the league. For example, we have the following activities going on daily:

· Live internet radio shows nightly

· Live video chat session

· Regular updated magazine portal

· Daily polls

· Voting for league committee members

· Slow auction draft practice sessions
