Harvin to the Jets a GOOD or BAD thing fantasy wise?

The Jets need Harvin. If they have any sense at all they will pepper him with targets and 2-3 carries a game.

Caveat: the Jets may not have any sense.

I said in another thread, people think playing with Geno at QB is bad? What good is Wilson if they are not involving Harvin in the passing game?
Not involved in the passing game? He lead the Seahawks in targets.
Leading the Seahawks in targets is like the nun who's leading the convent in getting laid...

His 26 targets would tie him for 4th on the Jets with Cumberland - behind Kerley (45), Decker (41) and Amaro (34).

I'm not expecting WR1 numbers but he can be a WR2 based on the numbers of targets he should get.

That's with SEA's bye included but yeah NYJ dials up 7 more passing attempts per game. I think a more fair representation would be Kerley averaging ~7, Decker ~8 (missed a game, technically two) and Percy ~5 a game.
