Has Anyone Traded Lundy? (1 Viewer)

Just curious if anyone has traded Lundy recently? Has the DD owner overpaid? Kind of want to see what he is bringing already.

Lundy just got traded in my league for Kurt Warner stright up...

I didn't really like the trade, but I guess I gotta hope Morency takes over the starting job now...

I just traded him and H. Miller for Ben Watson. I have RB depth, so Iwill take the upgrade at TE.

i traded lundy and a mid-late 2nd (to the d.davis owner) for haynes and an early 1st (i own parker)

I offered the DD owner (who is really hurting at RB) Lundy for Lee Evans. He declined and countered with Ronnie Brown for Evans.

Yeah, like that's gonna happen.

We drafted VERY early this year so Lundy was a WW pickup (by me). I've been offering him, but no one has taken the bait. The Dom Davis owner is actually not panicing yet and has adopted a wait and see attitude, but I think that might change if Lundy has 100 total yards and a score week one.

I had Greg Jones and when he got hurt I dropped him and picked up Lundy then I proceeded to trade Lundy to the guy who drafted Dom Davis and Morency for Maroney (I have Dillon). Thought it was a pretty fair trade, I'm so deep at RB in that league that I would have never played Lundy anyway, plus it's a keeper, I would have to give up a 3rd round pick next year to keep Maroney but it could be well worth it!!!

I'm hoping for a big game from Lundy this week. I'm hanging on to him for now, and am gambling that his value will increase. My RBs are fine without him.

wait and see? he's on IR.

Twoo weeks ago, before DD hit IR and when it was still looking like RBBC at best, I dealt Roddy White and Lundy for Driver in a dynasty league. I needed the starting WR in a bad way.

I am in the same situation in a 14 team league where there are some owners that are severly challenged at RB. I picked him up off the WW and have been shopping him for a week or so with no takers. I have pretty good RB depth so I'll just hold on and hope he establishes himself as the clear cut starter. Then hopefully the price goes up.

Same boat here, I have Edge, Parker and McGahee (keeper league) ahead of him so if he doesn't pan out, I'm no worse for wear.

He has Thomas Jones too so he's waiting to see how he turns out. If Lundy establishes himself this week and Benson and Jones look to be RBBC, he'll come around.

I was offered Chris Brown for Lundy in a contract keeper. Both are cheap, but Brown costs double what Lundy costs.

I can't freaking give Lundy away. I offered Lundy+Peirce for Urlacher to an owner with no starting RB and he declined. Offered Bledsoe+Lundy for Delhomme (owner already has Palmer) and that was rejected. I dropped my kicker for him a week ago and I'm about to drop him back. I hate my league.

I was offered Owens for Lundy, Morency, and Rod Smith by the Davis owner in a 14 team redraft league. It could be a mistake, but I declined. I'm hoping to keep Lundy/Morency and move Chris Brown instead. We'll see...

I was involved in discussions yesterday with a desperate D. Davis owner (only other backs were Edge, Lendale White and Moats). I actually decided to give up T. Bell instead of Lundy/Morency. I think Lundy can do very good things as an RB2 in that offense, both running and catching the ball. So, I traded T. Bell straight up to get DJax. The other owner tried to get Lundy instead of T. Bell, for what it's worth..

Heh, I just got an offer in my league: Boldin for Lundy and Roy Williams.

Yeah, probably. Like I said previously, my other RBs are Edge, Parker and McGahee (keeper league) so I got other bullets in the chamber in case one of them goes down.

i drafted early and picked up morency in the 15th round and lundy in the waiver wire. i traded both for javon walker. i am very happy because i only had 3 WRs in a 16 Team league. it allowed me to dump off 2 of my RBs and replace them with 2 more WRs.

Looks very likely I'll be holding onto Lundy. There are many teams in my league EXTREMELY thin at RB, the problem is when evaluating trades, they just look at where they drafted someone, and since I took Lundy in the 15th, no one wants to give up anything for him, even a team with Julius Jones as their #2 and Michael Bennett as their #3.

I did get one half decent offer of Buckhalter and Burleson for Lundy and Troupe, which I'm still considering (I own Westbrook) but I think Lundy has a solid chance of panning out, and I have more to gain by holding onto him. Some of these teams in my league will have to trade for a RB early if they want to have a chance.

I offered Lundy and LJ Smith for Watson but he didnt bite. His starters are Dillon and Gore (he also has Maroney). Heres hoping Lundy goes for 100 and 2TDs this week. If he does Im bettin Ill get an email.

Don't want to make anyone mad, but I traded Lundy and Coles to the DD owner for Chad Johnson and MoMo.

4 player keeper league... I won't even keep Johnson next year.

I offered the DD owner in my 14 team league

Lundy and Bruce for Walker and was denied

His Rb's are S. Jackson, M. Anderson, Norwood, Toefield, C. Houston and Dayne.

If Lundy has a decent game, I may hear from him next week.

As I said in a previous post there are a lot of owners whoa re very thin at RB in my league.

here are just a few of the backs some owners are starting this week

Duckett

Mike Anderson

T. Bell

I am in a similar situation. The DD owner in our 14 team keeper league has SJax and not much else. I am hesitant to trade Lundy away, as my starting RBs are FWP and Chester, and the DD owner does not have any real upgrades he could offer me at other positions.Waiting to see how week 1 pans out before doing anything.

Can't give Lundy away. I have been trying to get 2 of my handcuffs for lundy/morency.

The first owner has LJ, W. Dunn, DD, D. Williams for RBs. I have Deshaun Foster as my 4th RB and wanted DeW for the inevitable. His counter was DeW for Bush.

The other owner has Portis, McAllister, Barlow, and Benson. I wanted McAllister. He replied that I was a funny guy.

Today the first owner, traded away W. Dunn for T. Brady (he already had Bledsoe) and then picked up Dayne after dropping DD.

So it looks like I am keeping Lundy. I will have to drop Morency to get my kicker.

I've been shopping Lundy around. The DD owner is pretty deep at RB, but could use Lundy. I offered him Lundy and Jamal Lewis for Chris Chambers, declined...

I've been trying to trade Mike Bell away too... no takers. I don't need either of them, so I will just let them sit my bench and collect trade value. Once they have some bigger games, people will come to their senses

Didn't need Lundy and wanted to upgrade recievers so Lundy and Drew Bennet for Driver

Of course how can you trade a aging QB that will probably play 8 games this season for a young starting RB.The one getiing Lundy is laughing.

Doesnt really matter for DD owners , is carreer is over .

The Ron Dayne signing has made trading Lundy a bit more difficult. I think we will need to see Lundy produce in a game and get some short yardage carries. If he shows he can do it, we will be able to get something for him. Of course, if he does well, we may not want to trade him. I guess this is a tough situation for now, so as Lundy owner, I am going to take a wait and see approach.

Has Dayne ever excelled as a goalline back?
