Deterioration of the spine is actually helping me with regards to a back injury from years ago. "Funny" how that works. It's when he visits a couple of fingers on my right hand that he hurts like a mothersquzzer!

sorry to hear about you guys with arthritis i have it myself i have had both hips replaced and have issues where my hands sort of check out or feel asleep a lot so hey i wish you all well and my only advice is stay off of the pain meds and antinflammatory drugs as much as you can because they help but they have bad side effects be well everyone

Right hand, especially pinkie and ring fingers. Hurts real bad when they get bent back as in when picking myself up off the floor.

Been trying to stay away from working on laptops which make it worse. Just started drinking green tea but too soon to tell if it is going to help. Arthur is the suck.

go see a doc ibuprofen is really hard on your body i have hand issues from it and i got an antiinflamatory called meloxicam you take one per day instead of a billion ibuprofen talk to your doctor bromigo
