I think it depends on what your other options are. I own Mike Bell but wouldn't consider starting him. He's been limited in practice as well.
However, on the flip side, you have Brees that has a history of poor games in cold climates. The weather in Washington calls for cold and wind swirls. Not very conducive for a high scoring game. I'm also a Brees owner, so it sucks for me, but I think that all New Orleans offense starters are going to have below average games. I could see this being a 20-10 Saints win. Too many weapons to predict who will score makes me worry about starting a NOS RB.
