Winston.  I don't think Rudolph will have to pass much.  D. Jones is in the mix though.

Winston has the highest ceiling but also lowest floor - no telling what you will get from him.  Could be 4 TDs or 4 INTs.  Daniel Jones probably doesn't have Sterling Shepard available which hurts his upside.  Mason Rudolph should have a decent floor but not much upside if the running game can trample the Dolphins - which they should be able to do.

So probably Winston for ceiling or Rudolph for floor.
