Jeudy and Hilton. Jeudy is the most talented Broncos WR and should get plenty of targets and I cant bring myself to bench Hilton over those other players.  At some point you have to think Rivers will make Hilton a priority.

Jeudy and Hilton. For no other reason than they're the best 2 in terms of talent on that list.
