Despite starting Rivers and Ravens D and having my QB and defense COMBINE for negative points, I am in a great position to win. It's PPR and I can play Dez or JJ Nelson. I know this seems dumb, and I'm probably over thinking it, but I need 2.6 points to win. I don't care about who scores more points. I just need to start whoever is more likely to get 2.6 points. Do I start...

1) Dez- who is very CB sensitive and will be shadowed by one of the best CB in the league in ehats most likely a negative game script where itll be a bunch of Zeke and with them winning most of the game

2) JJ Nelson- who faces the Cowboys terrible secondary on what should be a positive game script where they will be throwing most of the game, and where John Brown is out so he has much less competition for targets. 

Who is more likely to get me the 2.6 points I need to win this week (PPR)?

Keep an eye on injury report released tonight at 6 p.m. to see if Nelson is active with his injured hamstring. Otherwise, go with Dez. The guy is AVERAGING 12.5 targets a game and they are funneling the offense through him and Elliott. Stick to your stud here. I wouldn't be so sure the Cowboys win this game.

My vote goes to Dez. I like the amount of targets he receives so even if there isn't much yardage he should be able to get 2.6 points purely off of catches. Dak is playing much better than Palmer is which also plays into playing him.

I'd also go with Dez.  You're hoping he catches 3 passes and falls down without fumbling.  With all those targets he's been getting you would hope he would catch 3 passes.  And if he doesn't then que sera sera

Fellow Ravens owner here, BTW.  I'm not in as good a shape as you - down 10.5, I have Zeke and he has Dak tonight.  But I still have a shot, incredibly enough.

come on, the answer is dez. look at the past 2 meetings v. peterson. dez got more than 2.6ppr in both... nelson is much more likely to put up a stinker

Thanks man! Dez should get 2.6 points no matter who his matchup is. The fact he got 2.6 over Peterson in the past doesn't impress me. Really both of them should easily get 2.6 no matter the matchup, but I think you guys are right and Dez is the way to go. Dez just makes me nervous because he's had 2 point games in PPR before. Last year he did I believe, but that was a different year with a brand new qb. If the dude gets targeted 9 times he better put up 2.6 lol.

I agree. If Dez doesn't put up 2.6 points when his lowest target game was 9 then I guess I deserve to lose. Kinda deserve to lose anyway with what Rivers and Ravens def. Put up, but got a little lucky this week. Thank you for your help!
