Trying to get Brock Bowers just don’t know if this is fair or not, Brock Bowers and Charbonnet for Mark Andrews and the 1.01 this year. Thanks in advance

Depends on the format. In TE premium he probably wouldn't do that but in a normal league it's probably in the ball park.

A lot of credit to the OP for going after Bowers with a prized asset. Nothing to apologize for if you get rejected imo. While I like Charbonnet for depth, I wouldn't focus too much on that piece. If you like Bowers more than Jeanty, go for it. If you're on the fence between Jeanty vs Bowers straight up, I would try to figure out which way you lean instead of letting Charbonnet/Mandrews be the deciding factor.
