Help my 2-5 team out man?! (1 Viewer)

Ok, so I have been in trade talks. This is a standard 12 team (non-ppr) 6 point passing td league. I have lost 5 in a row, and need help! 

My team:

1QB: Brady, Taylor

2RB's: Miller, Blount, McKinnon, Foreman, Henry 

2WR's: T. Hill, Baldwin, C. Davis, M. Bryant

1TE: Gronk, Clay 

1Flex (RB/WR/TE): from the above list

Kicker: J. Tucker 

1DEF/ST: Denver or Saints

The trades which have been offered to me: Doug Baldwin from my team for one of the following WR's + one of the following RB's.

Hilton, D. Thomas, K. Allen

Smallwood, R. Kelley, T. Montgomery

His team is the following:

QB: R. Wilson, Cousins

RB: Gordon, Kamara, Charles, Kelley, Montgomery, Smallwood

WR: Hilton, Allen, D. Thomas, P. Richardson

TE: Reed, Henry

Flex

K: Elliot

DEF/ST: KC

I would go for Allen at WR since he's second in WR targets on the season behind only Antonio Brown. At RB, none of those guys really excite me. I would actually see if you can get Hunter Henry at TE and then trade away Gronkowski for help at RB. That way you can move a guy that has the most value to get you help at a different position of need. None of the RBs he is offering is going to help you. Henry has one of the best TE schedules the rest of the way (although they have a bye in Week 9).

I agree with what wheeleke said, if you could switch it to Henry, then drop Clay, trade Gronk away for a bigger name piece, and roll with Henry. 

However, if he says no to that and still wants to do it as one of those WRs plus one of those RBs, I would do it for Keenan Allen + Montgomery (or pick any RB) because I would rather have Allen over Baldwin for the rest of the year anyway...the RB would just be a freebie.  I'd do it Baldwin for Allen straight up, so getting a RB back is just a freebie

Baldwin is better than Allen though in my opinion and has already had his bye week?! Who are some candidates to trade Gronk for?

Baldwin and Allen are pretty even. Baldwin is just uber-efficient and that is tough to count on. Rivers just allows Allen to have great volume and isn't that what you're really looking for in fantasy football? Volume + opportunity? According to the CBS trade value chart, guys that would be in a similar range of Gronkowski include Melvin Gordon, LeSean McCoy, Jordan Howard, and Mark Ingram.

Ok, so here is where the trade is at currently: Baldwin + D. Henry + Saints D for D.Thomas + Hilton + Chiefs D. Thoughts here?
