Welshers and Dawdlers Beware!
I am sure there are a few Comic-Con people here. I have been going to the SLC one for a number of years and it is pretty darn big. Last year was the first I did photo ops and they are just a kick in the pants, but you have to be ready for a pose to make them fun. Last year had Stephen Amell, Jon Barrowman and Will Wheaton. Stephen and Jon were so cool to do what you wanted, Will was lame.
The lineup of ones I currently have this year is Dave Bautista, Evangeline Lily, David Tennant, Brent Spiner and Karl Urban.
I have Karl, Dave and David all figured out. I need a good one with Evangeline and Brent. What ideas do you have to take full advantage of their histories?
For reference, with Karl Urban, I am going to have us going crazy with excitement and pointing, and him holding a sign that says, "Damn it, man, I am an actor! Not an Asgardian Space Doctor or Rohan!" For David Tennant, since my daughter wants this one, I am going to have him with his arm around her and motioning the rest to leave.
Really want something other than the stand in a line with my kids and the star and smile.
