I've been having problems with them for about a year now but nothing that hot water and a little prep h wouldn't solve. Last night i tried to go to the bathroom and felt intense burning that i have not been able to fix. I couldnt sleep and cant lay or sit on my ### without real burning pain and im guessing the hemorrhoids are more irritated than ever before. Is there anything over the counter that could help me out today?

I'm of no help, however, there is a local hemorrhoid center that advertises that those with hemorrhoids shouldn't suffer in silence. I feel like you're no longer suffering in silence, so congrats on that. Good luck.
