According to the school's website, Baltimore Community High School is a second-chance school serving students who are between the ages of 14 to 21.

If you are over 18 or at the most 19 (yet alone 21) and still in HS (and you don't have some type of disability), you should just volunteer to go to jail and help speed the process up.
