REDRAFT with wicked scoring and large lineups. The league would START 15. All sorts of lineup flexibility but would require a 2 start QB and 2 start Def teams since the league size is so small.
8 TEAMER HIGH SCORING LEAGUE----SUPER SCORING. Teams could score 200-300 pts weekly.
League Fee $56
Less MFL fees.....................which should leave about $388.00 to payout. Give or take a couple dollars.

2nd place $75.00
3rd place $33.00
With this being 8 man---------we would have playoffs of 6 teams still which would be great because that means only 2 teams do not make the playoffs however we would only payout 3 spots. No CBowl and only 2 divisions of 4 teams each. We would payout DIV WINNERS because that would be the reason to WANT to do good all season and not just skimp by until the end to make the playoffs since 6 of 8 teams make it. So its a little bonus.
Roster would be 30 which is the same 240 players taken in a 12 man
Weekly lineups 15 starters.
I played in a league like this a few years back and had a blast. Mostly because of the high scoring and the 15 man lineups.
I would like to draft rather soon...............as we will have BBID waivers earlier than my normal redrafts (prior to the season opening) and that will make it fun when the FAgency in the NFL begins as you can bid on players with the BBID $ you will have. Choosing to do this because the NFL lockout should be done SOON. Allows us to capitalize and make adjustments to our team if we so choose after the NFL starts player movement.
I would want to start drafting as close to July 21st as possible but can be somewhat flexible. I would NOT want to start much after Aug 1 if possible.
