I'd go with Hines.  The Ravens have been so dominant lately it's hard to trust any WR going against them.

I also can't get a read on what was going on with Woods personal life absence...HOU secondary is garbage.  With Hilton back it's a rising tide that lifts all boats.

I'd go Woods. He came back to the team today, and he should be helped by Cooks returning as well.

Indy's backfield will likely be productive but the 3-way split feels like a stay away to me.
