What concerns me most is the quotes from Ward - IIRC he said he didn't expect to be 100 percent for a while, perhaps the entire year. I'm loosely quoting here and I'll try to find the exact words he said, but it was something that sounded worrisome.
And, of course, Roethlisberger looks completely out of sorts right now, as you know.
The Top 250 forward has Ward still ranked as a Top 20 guy - 16th at receiver. No shot at DD who does a very good job with that list, but that's a little too optimistic for my taste right now. If I could move Ward for Evans (20), I'd do it in a second. I'd consider Fitzgerald (22) but obviously that's a crap shoot with the injury. Berrian (25)? Don't laugh, I'd do it. Probably Galloway (19), and maybe Bryant (19) and Chambers (18) too.
