On the other hand Hoopsguys goes 1 up and 9 down on their top value picks.  

Really it's almost getting laughable at this point.  Hoops guys top plays consistently fail to meet their projections and some yahoo like me with no NBA knowledge has a 75% plus hit rate at picking guys who will exceed the inflated Hoopsguys projections day after day.

It took me a couple of minutes to see that Dedmon has done well on the second night of back to backs.  Add in an up tempo game and likely blowout and he'll be a great punt.  JaVale McGee is producing at a rate just short of Westbrook.  If ZaZa is going to sit or the game is going to be a blowout he's a great punt.

Do you subscribe to Hoopsguys?  If not, I suggest you do.  You would have seen him as the top PF value play of the night and known to have faded him.

 
nah im just blowing off steam.  cant blame hoopsguys for jokic picking up his 5th.  i think he woulda got his 25-30 tonight otherwise.  just annoying that i had parker instead all day long then changed him last minute bc of jokic hype + starter news.

either way though lineup was awful, cashed everything.  feels good!

 
I needed a plus night in the NBA, $61 in $120 out

Main LU goes for 311.1 cashes all 50/50s and min cashed in 2 $5 100 player leagues, also cashed in a GPP

My late night GPP LU loaded with GSW players goes for 289.20 and cashes $10

It was a sh!ts and giggles LU like I said but it paid for all three of them, made the late game more enjoyable

If I had stuck to the original second one it would have cashed as well but I had to get some Porz in there and, well, he was BAD

1 unit ($30) in, 0.76 unit ($22.80) out. Just missed some of my 50/50s and doubles, but also just caught some. Whiffed on GPP. The Bulls were awful in the 1st half when I grabbed a quick glance, so I figured I was doomed. Was happy to see I had a chance when I looked later. At halftime of the late game I was up to 1.94 units, but I only had Jennings, who was terrible in the 2nd half. 283.7. Anything out of Galloway and I would have been up.

10 game slate, I'm looking for a cash LU to enter into a few small leagues and various cash games. The schedule + totals makes me lean to the games at Orlando, Toronto and Houston. I don't expect Temple/Casspi at Memphis (much different than at Houston) to have usage like they did w/o Cousins. Gay is still out, good for Casspi, but the ball belongs to Boogie first Collison second. I like Gordon but we both could be chasing points. I had Okafor in the lineup below but made changes for Brow.

No to Jr. with Keiff playing, but Jrue is overpriced so I could make changes based on that. Not sure what I come up with -- Sessions to PG opens up UTIL. I think Morris will sit. He couldn't run on that foot yesterday. Frazier doesn't kill Holiday, but the high price + Frazier does.

I believe Frazier has been ruled out if I'm not mistaken?  NM - Evans was ruled out

So my gamble that Oubre gets the minutes paid off in the 1st half -- 18 vs. 6 for Markieff. Problem is, Oubre did literally nothing in those 18 minutes. And Booker has been great too. 

 
That was the worst night of the season points wise. I've only done worse money wise because I didn't commit much tonight, but I was a great big 0-fer.

This. I finished in the bottom 3% of everything -- 221 points. I haven't had a complete disaster like last night in a long time in NBA. Just brutal. The only silver lining was only having 1/3 a unit in play. I wish I could say that was b/c I was "not feeling it", but it was simply a function of time. I typically grab all the $1 100 person 50/50s and $2 568 person doubles I can. It usually takes about 4 different times of entering all available to get my daily allotment. yesterday I just had time to do it twice.  

 
I really have to examine why I did so poorly. I think that's a shortcoming many have -- ignoring bad outcomes or simply blaming someone else's projections. Obviously my Bull lust was misplaced. I really thought that the big 2nd halves Wade and Butler had the night before portended good things. I was wrong obviously. 

 
Currently 2nd in the dribbler.  Need the OKC/ATL game to avoid OT.

Got Jokic and harris left so I should take first for a bit before the train closes in.  Also will split any prizes with 10 people.

In first.  Train of 3 threatens 6.9 points back with Curry going.  When they pass us that will knock $510 down to $320.  Doesn't look like anyone else is in striking distance.

 
1st, 555th, and 1525th in the $1 dribbler (29k+).  $3 in, $518 out.  Also hit a $2 satellite for a $7 ticket.  2 other gpps for $3 netted nothing even with a 310 score.

And I will give credit to the IVC.  If you plugged in the 3 top value plays, it spit out the winning lineup.  Devin is a high stakes player and should have scored huge tonight.
