I am hoping to get some help with my keepers.  Recently started a new job and have had no time to study or look into my players.  I am in two leagues with the exact same setup. 

We can keep 3 players. Thank you

League 2 is easy. The three guys you're leaning toward are the three best options.

I could give a better answer about League 1 if I know what your cap is. Cooper $26 and Hill $35 mean very different things depending on what the cap is. I would certainly keep Woods at $5 and would also consider Kupp at $5. As for Luck at $8, it depends on what your cap is and how your league values QBs. If he were thrown back in the auction, what would he go for?

I am guessing  that Luck would go for around $18, unless two guys bid him up. The total auction cap is $200

I would do Woods-Kupp-Cooper if you think it will be easy to get a quality QB at a good price in the auction, or Woods-Kupp-Luck if you don’t.
