Hopkins or Tate (1 Viewer)

PPR league. Should I start Hopkins (going against Patrick Peterson) or Tate(vs Chicago)?

With Fuller out, Hopkins is going to get all the looks, even against Peterson. The Bears are surprisingly stingy against opposing WRs, so while Tate is tempting, I would stick with Hopkins.
