Housh at practice today? (1 Viewer)

I'm seeing conflicting reports regarding Housh at practice today. FBG's injury report doesn't list him among the players that missed practice. In a news search on google I see some reports that he returned to practice today and other reports that he missed practice today. Anyone have a definite answer on his status today?

From my sportsline updates:

News: Bengals WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh (heel) is listed as questionable for Week 3 at Pittsburgh.

Analysis: Housh has yet to make his 2006 debut, and while he is listed as questionable for Week 3 there is a bit of good news to come from the latest injury report -- Houshmandzadeh did practice with the team on Wednesday. Head coach Marvin Lewis said in the past that if Housh was able to practice during the week, he would play on Sunday. Stay tuned to what looks like some promising news from Cincy. Keep a close eye on this developing situation as it might be the first time you get to play Houshmandzadeh this season.

I would be wary of making any decision based off of what CBS sportsline says...But as a Carson Palmer owner I do hope he plays. I am just not sure about the validity of CBS. Proceed with caution until more reliable source confirms Housh is going to play.

Houshmandzadeh

Wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh, who spent Thursday’s lunch hour putting inserts into his cleats in an effort to cushion his injured heel, thinks he’ll play Sunday in Pittsburgh. But then again, he thought he could play last week against the Browns and didn’t.

Houshmandzadeh returned to practice without shoulder pads Thursday and worked early in the session but did not participate in 11-on-11 and remained questionable. Fellow wideout Chris Henry, who left Wednesday's workout with a groin problem, did and remained probable, so maybe the corps of receivers isn't so decimated after all.

Sep 21 Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh (heel) did not practice Thursday, Sept. 21, and is listed as questionable for Week 3.

Does anyone know actually what the problem is with his heel? I'm a physician, and I'm quite mystified at this ongoing injury. Did he bruise the bone? Is it a tendonous thing? The bengals have been quite cryptic in their description of the injury as well as it's progress. Any info from Cinci or someone in the know would be appreciated......
