Houston (KC), we have a problem: moving forward with Kareem Hunt (1 Viewer)

I have Kareem Hunt in a few leagues and has been a beast.

But, as we look at the postseason, Pacheco is on his way back.

Do we see Hunt/Pacheco splits as a problem down the stretch? I'm considering trading for a RB as we hit our trade deadline JUST IN CASE.

Thoughts from the FBG brain trust?

I'm no brain trust either. But if you've been counting on Hunt's production, I wouldn't count on that continuing in the very near future. Looking for alternative now isn't a bad plan.

Hunt will keep doing what he has been doing. What reason do the Chiefs have to rush Pacheco back when he comes off IR? None. It might get ya a split for the playoff run but as long as Hunt is playing well they will work him back slow and save him for the Super Bowl push.

I don't think I'm apart of any brain trust. :/

but I don't think it'll be a split. Hunt may spell a bit or maybe they'd even skip him and try to get more work for their rookie (Steele)
By "brain trust" I meant all of us who collectively make the boards hum. :) It's going to be something I'll have to monitor for sure, though. I'd be surprised if they went to the rookie over Hunt as their second RB.

Playing Carolina this week, so perhaps could get a bunch of garbage time yards after KC racks up a big lead? I dunno.
