(KFFL) Updating a previous report, The Associated Press reports Cincinnati Bengals CB Johnathan Joseph was arrested early Monday, Jan. 22, and charged with possession of marijuana. The arrest report said Joseph was the passenger in a vehicle driven by a woman who had a suspended license, was driving slowly and weaving. The vehicle was pulled over by a Boone County sheriff's deputy and Joseph was asked to get out of the vehicle after the deputy smelled marijuana. The deputy searched Joseph's black backpack with a Super Bowl logo and found a bag of marijuana in a pouch. Joseph, who is now the ninth Bengals player to have been arrested in the last nine months, will have his first court appearance scheduled for Monday, Feb. 5.
