How did Philly's All-star Defense look in their first game? (1 Viewer)

Anyone who saw the game... does this defense look promising this year?? I think they could easily be in the top 5 overall as far as the NFL goes, and probably the same for fantasy football... how did they look??

in a word - fast. Nothing crazy, NA wasn't challenged, but the D line was really getting off the ball fast and there were a couple INTs - not by any of the big guys.

DL is talented and will bring the heat and the CBs are sick. The offense will put up points so playing with a lead often will help. However, misdirection will kill them with the young, inexperienced, and some say untalented LB crew. I heard on the local sports talk that they have $1.6 million tied up in the entire LB position which tells you all you need to know. DL and CBs should be great but there's a lot of unproven talent at Safety. The former OL coach is now the DC so there is a question whether he can scheme to cover the holes at LB and S and whether he can counter punch the playcalling of a skilled opposing OC. Look for a highly ranked fantasy defense considering the sack and turnover potential but an inordinate number of high scoring games.
