How Do I Add Apps onto my MFL League Page (1 Viewer)

Been Trying to add a Playoff App in my how league; but I just don't know how to do it. Spent about an hour on it last night but couldn't get it to show. The Script shows up on the page but the function isn't there.

Can anyone tell me what to do in semi-detail
