House next door is currently a rental. I’m interested in buying it. If one of you can tell me how to look it up, great. If you need the address send me a PM.
Please and thanks.

No answer or they won’t tell you?I tried that. Multiple times.
They’re friendly enough and say they will get back to me but never do. I think they’re worried about me asking the owner to force them to move all the crap laying against my fence. I have requested that they move the items and even offered to help but nothing ever materializes. No answer or they won’t tell you?
Got it!! Thank you so very much!I can’t vouch for it, but have you tried this?

Some counties have copies of deeds and mortgages online. Google search the county recorder site and look. You might also be able to pull up a copy of the real estate tax bill which may have the owners name and mailing address.House next door is currently a rental. I’m interested in buying it.
