First think I'd do, regardless of the answer to the question above, is get rid of Ross. I'm sure there are no closers out there, so grab the best RP until one pops up or the best hitter available. It can't be Ross.

Im not too crazy about your team.

You are weak at catcher, 1b (you have solid firstbasemen but alot of teams have stud 1b), bad at 3B, and your backup starters are bad if/when Harden goes down. Your OF is solid but you just dont have that eye-opening guy on your team. Who was your 1st round pick? Utley or Sizemore?

I know who Ross is.I've never heard of a 3SP/1RP max starting position league. I guess hanging onto Ross is not a bad deal now, but you'll end up dropping him at some point more than likely.

Utley was my first, Sizemore, Bay, Smoltz, DunnI know I'm weak at 1B, but not overly concerned about it. And if you don't have one of the big 3 at C, they all just start to blend together anywayAs for my pitching, I have 3 starting pitchers that fininshed in the top 16 last year (Smoltz, Schilling, Capuano) and their 3 year averages rank them 4,8 and 40 respectively. Capuano is at 40 because he only had 17 starts in 2004. If they repeat what they did last year, Harden is icing on the cake. That doesn't even take into account the upsides of Hill, Cabrera, and OP Pitching is the least of my concerns.
