PPR league, I have 3 rb spots to fill

Got Bijan and Montgomery, which I think are a given need to decide between Swift or Guerendo moving forward

San Fran's schedule is kind of cake in terms of opposing defenses until week 17, but he's pretty green and hasn't really managed a full workload yet.

I would take the chance on Guerendo. I mean, what has Swift really done that is all that impressive? Every RB that SF has put out there has done well. I roll with that.
