All of these questions are poorly worded.  Several of the answers are require noting the tricks in the question.  Two examples by way of reference.

Question #1 Ramon MUST reload before drive by #3, but if Ramon hopes to live to see his next birthday he will start carrying at least three extra clips at all times because, yo, those punk ### rolling 30's be looking to cap his sorry ###.

Question #2  Leroy be ripping Antonio off.  Antonio would have been better off buying by the gram.  The rest of Leroy's hold ain't worth #### once Antonio figures this #### out.

Perhaps more importantly it does not tell you if (likely) he gets high from his own supply, and if he has a girlfriend who does as well, or if he is the sort to step on it before selling.

Irrelevant.  Its a trick question.  First off, no gang banger carries a .357.  Next, if they did they still could not hit anything beyond 6 feet with their overhand, turn the gun on its side style of shooting.  The shooter hits an innocent kid, the thief, standing out like he would in that neighborhood gets taken down for the stolen item and his cell phone.  Also, the runner likely trips over his baggy pants.
