How long to give a person time to show up (1 Viewer)

-Guy states he is sending low league fee.

-Check doesn't come in time to start draft but he assures that its "in the mail." (He was recruited only nine days before the draft start.)

-Shows up to nominate but doesn't come back for almost two days.

-Eleven players already off the board.

-The money isn't the issue as much as it is the fact that the draft is going to be crap and it will be impossible to recruit after more players come off the board.

- Shows up on instant Messenger and doesn't respond. Signs off a few minutes later.

What would you do... go ahead and replace? I suppose its possible he is gone for the weekend but why wouldn't someone inform commish of this? Do some people just get involved in drafts to screw them up?

I just went through a crappy draft with a guy like that. WE finally gave up and everything went well. I would get rid of him if he has shown no responsibility multiple times. Give him one last chance just to be fair.If a guy shows no intreest in his own team(the draft) he will dsappoint you constantly later.
