How many Chester + Furrey Owner's out there? (1 Viewer)

Well... for each guy I'd guess one of 10 FBG posters who are in 10 team leagues, one of 12 in 12 team leagues, one of 14 in 14 team leagues, etc.

Sad for the guys who bought into Furry's 90+ catches last year and traded for him this offseason. I know he was offered to me in a few leagues and I passed, feeling pretty sure it was to be by far his career year.

Furrey owners have gotten the shaft. Not so sure about Taylor owners. AP may or may not be an instant stud in the NFL, but Taylor may still have some value.

Traded Chester a few weeks ago because I was afraid this would happen. Very happy ex-chester taylor owner here. :P ;) :pickle:

I drafted Furrey in the 10th round in a startup dynasty. No biggie.

I'd be more upset if I used a 3rd round pick on Taylor.

Agree about Furrey. I can't see him having much value this season - even in a Martz offense. I'll continue to say I don't think Taylor should be written off just yet. I think this could be a situation where he still has value and maybe even starts for this season. If anything, I think Taylor makes for an excellent Buy Low candidate right now for 2007. People may be in a rush to dump him, thinking he'll be a scrub and you can get him for nothing and then he ends up at worst getting 50% of the carries and maybe even more. And no, I'm not a Taylor owner. :)

This pick could be pretty good for Furrey. He's goign to get even MORE favorable coverage out of the slot or wherever he is lined up, and Mike Martz loves to pass so he'll still get 65-80 catches probably.

Wow. Can't get past the denial stage? Eventually you'll get to the acceptance stage. Some people just take longer than others I guess.

What type of numbers did Hakim have in Martz's offense when he was with the Rams playing next to Bruce and Holt...maybe Furrey will have like numbers. The real winner will be Kitna owners

Remember too, they've added Shaun McDonald this offseason who was ahead of Furrey in STL.

Furrey was "dead" this time last year, also. I doubt he was included in any projections at the beginning of the year. I'm just sayin'
