10 team PPR and someone dropped Charles last week. What % of budget would you drop? I am not necessarily RB needy just looking for potential lotto ticket considering CJ is an injury waiting to happen

Since you don't need him just put in a minimum bid and see if he slides to you. No need to spend a large amount of currency on lottery tickets.

In a 10-team league I can't imagine Charles garnering that much attention on waivers. 5% tops.
