Someone mentioned Pastorini and Stabler back in the day.

There was Manning and Rivers, but they weren't vets with starting experience.

Rams/Eagles QB trade fun fact: Rams have traded QBs Roman Gabriel, Jaws and now Bradford to the Eagles (possibly Waterfield or Van Brocklin, too?). At least it worked out pretty well the last time, when the Vermiel-led (only HC to get a Super Bowl win for Rams) Eagles made it to the Super Bowl with Jaws.

Cutler was traded not too long ago. i dont remember who denver got in return....

It doesn't happen and it didn't happen yesterday. Neither of these guys are true starting QBs in the league. For one, its because to be a starter, you have to stay healthy enough to start. For the other, its because the hidden benefits of the system will be revealed in a Kevin Kolb-esque fashion as soon as he hits the field.
