I have a free rotisserie league set up on Yahoo. Max of 12 teams. 6 are in now. 30 man roster(2 disabled list spots included).League name is Doc's Diamond Dogs but you won't need that to join. It will be a LIVE DRAFT on Sunday March 29th at 10:30a.m. You don't have to be at the draft if you don't want to, just pre-rank your players and the computer will pick from your list or use Yahoo's Default list to pick for you. If you're going to draft live you need to have the Adobe Flash Player installed .Yahoo will ask you to test your system first to see if it's compatible with a live draft. Hope we can get 12 teams by the 29th but we should get at least 8. If we only have 8 everyone should have a pretty good team and it'll be competitive.If you join all I ask is that you stay active with your team on a daily basis for your lineup.
Doesn't take as much time as some people think. I don't want to have to replace owners or manage dead teams.I know most of the guys in the league now and they are always active with their teams. Once you've joined on the league homepage you can check scoring & settings sections. It will explain all about the roster and the scoring. Rotisserie scoring is definitely not like fantasy football.One day you score 2 pts.andthe next day you may score minus 3 pts.It all depends on how the rest of the teams score in the categories Yahoo delegates. I thought baseballwould take too much time andthat's why I neverplayed. Last year was my first year and shortly after the seasonstartedI was really getting into it andhaving fun. Well damn, wouldn't you know I ended up winning the league my veryfirstyear.Beginner's luck I guess. It did rekindle my passion for the game of baseball and I will certainly continue to play. To join the league it will ask you for the league I.D. # and the Password.Here are the details you'll need to join and if you have any problems just message me here at the board.Hope to see you there. Thanks for your interest.I guarantee you it will be competitive. Some of the guys like to talk a little smack,me included, but it's just in fun, nothing mean.
