I am starting Michael Bush over............. (1 Viewer)

................Knowshon Moreno.

Fargas didn't practice and even if he is ready to play this week I don't see how Cable can go back to him again.

Bush has done way more with his chances all year and both the local media and the fans are putting a lot of pressure on Cable to go with Bush this week.

Obviously, if Fargas is officially out Bush would get a jump.

It still will be a platoon situation with McFadden though. I see Bush getting about 70% of the touches and McFadden about 30%.

Still with the Broncos facing a tough run team this week(Eagles) and with Buckhalter coming back to face his old team I in all likelihood will have to go with Bush over Moreno.

Right now my projection for Bush would be 18 Carries 90 Yards and a TD vs the 29th Ranked Browns D.

I'm probably starting Bush because my other options suck - Ganther or MMorris.
I am starting Michael Bush over Q Ganther, L Weaver, S Rice and D HesterWe start 2 RB, 3 WR & 2 FlexI lost Kevin Smith, but have M Morris. I also have Q Ganther, L Weaver, S Greene & T Hightower. I am starting Hightower, M Morris & M Bush. Fitz, Meachem, A Miles, R Wayne

I want to start Bush badly. There's no telling what he might do with 20 carries in this game. But I could also see 10 carries or less which means he would have to score a TD to not kill me. The Horror of who to start in title games!!!

Fargas missed practice again today.Hopefully he misses again tomorrow and is declared out or doubtful. If Fargas isn't around it makes Bush a real solid play.

I agree. I would love for Fargas to take the day off.

Considering Mi Bush for a couple of spots, along with the likes of Hightower vSTL, Bowe @CIN, Snelling vBUF in a PPR.

I just am not sure I trust OAK to feed him the ball. I think Hightower's a better bet for a TD or two, or at least some yards and catches. Bowe I don't really trust for more than 5 catches for 40 yards. Probably will put Snelling in over all those guys, since BUF might be rolling out Brohm (lots of short fields and offensive drives for ATL?).

I'm not sure I trust that Bush will get the lion's share of carries even if Fargas sits, and despite Bush's solid game last week.

For all we know, Cable may decide to feature McFadden instead to see what he can do heading into next year.

Maybe but they seemed to have given up on McFadden as a between the tackles runner. They tend to use him on outside runs and they are also using him as a wideout on occasion. They also may want to look at Bush as a feature runner. Obviously Fargas' days are numbered and Bush seems to have upside and even if they decide not to keep him they may want to use him as trade bait so giving him an extended look makes too much sense not to do it. Of course, it is the Raiders.I do expect McFadden to play quite a bit regardless who the other running back to see work is. But, like I said earlier I would expect it to be about 70-30 for Bush if Fargas is out.

you people are crazy. best of luck to you. who gets the rock in oakland is a mystery. bush should have been getting it all year. will he get 20+ carries this game? wtf knows. will oakland have more than 200 yards total? wtf knows. pretty big gamble imho.

I feel the same. If I knew Fargas was definitely not suiting up it would help make the decision. If it is Bush and McFadden I think Bush will get at least half the touches and maybe more. If you throw Fargas into the mix none of them are safe starts.I am weighing Bush against Jonathan Stewart (watching Deangelo's health too), Ray Rice (have to start but he is playing Pittsburgh), and Bradshaw (he is a safe 8-10 but no guarantee he scores or gets more than that).

You may be right--it IS the Raiders. But the coaching staff should know what McFadden can do. They have featured him in many games the past two years. It is Bush that they should be evaluating to see if he can be a featured back. McFadden is Reggie Bush light. That's who he is. I don't think there is any question about that.

It's a consolation game in a lower tier, so there's nothing on the line except pride and wanting to win.

I'm starting Michael Bush over M. Forte, J. Forsett and K. Faulk. Pairing him with S. Jackson. The Browns D is 29th against the rush so there is a good chance Bush puts up some yards if he gets the carries. Not so sure on TD's though and would consider a TD a bonus.

The league suspended Raiders fullback Luke Lawton for four games for violating the policy on performance-enhancing substances. He is suspended without pay for Sunday's game and the regular-season finale, as well as the first two regular-season games of the 2010 season. The league announced the suspension in a news release. Lawton was unavailable for comment.

I just got Bush off the waiver wire as my only other options behind Chris Johnson are Chester Taylor and Jerious Norwood.

I'm thinking about starting Bush over these two...but to be honest who ever I start in the RB2 spot has been worthless in the last few weeks.

Well Fargas missed pratice again and is Doubtful.

So it's only Bush and McFadden now. With that news I project 18 carries 90 yards and a TD for Bush.

Looks like I'm probably starting him over Joseph Addai.

I came into the season with Deangelo Williams, Ronnie Brown, and Addai as my starting RBs. Heading into my championship game, I'm starting Jamaal Charles, Fred Jackson, and Michael Bush. Fantasy football is an odd game at times.

Well, i am definitely going P.Thomas and Snelling over Mi Bush, but still considering Bowe or Hightower for my last flex spot in PPR.

Over Turner and Kevin Smith in a league where WW's end after week 10. That's not saying a whole lot is it. Miraculously I made the championship game with him on my bench last week with Turner in my lineup...

Trying to decide between him and Braylon Edwards (or Hakeem Nicks or Brent Celek) in a PPR flex spot.

Any suggestions?

FWIW, Stephania Bell on espn said Bush is expected to be the lead guy w/ McFadden being the change of pace. Not sure if it will play out that way but that's what she said.

That's how it played out last week...12 carries/touches for McFadden, 18 for Mi.Bush.Personally, I might start Harrison over Mi.Bush if I had him.

Made the decision to sit Bush and start Bradshaw. Still, can definately see Bush being a quality play this week. Good luck everyone!
