So then I asked her if she wanted to hang out Thursday night, but she said she had to work her other job, Starbucks until midnight.

I don't think I've ever seen stripper material working at a Starbucks.

Day shifts at some strips clubs can be pretty...well, defining.

There was a short period of time that I participated in a poker tournament at the strip club on Sunday mornings. One girl working. NO ONE on the floor. Yet once every half hour, she had to get in that table and dance to an empty room save the DJ. The was a tiny, kinda cute goth girl with bracelets attempting to cover up her last suicide attempt. It was kinda hard to watch, even from the champagne room.

Seriously...I dated a dancer off and on for 4 years or so. Try seeing a bunch of them during the day at non-club events...without the make-up and in normal clothes. 80% of them you would choose NOT to see them naked if given the choice.

Beer + Black Lights + LOTS of Make-up can do a lot for a girl. If only guys could make their beer guts turn into abs the same way...

That makes sense. I couldn't justify the cost of the big clubs back when I used to go (18-25 or so). It was too expensive to drive into the city, pay to park, pay $$$ for beer, and $$$$ for dances. At that age, all you wanted to do was look at #### and ### and try and hook up. The girls at the top clubs mostly knew the racket and just wanted your cash...I was dating a hot girl in a small club that had it's share of toads. There were sets you'd go up to the stage for, and there were sets where you ran back to your seat. A lot of those girls were truely the "girl next door," and while it was about $$, there was opportunity for more if you got to know them.

My friends and I always fall into a strip club after a good night of partying/clubbing/bar hopping.

I've met all kinds that range from broke, desperate, and drugged out to college educated, funny, and naturally good looking. 95 percent of them fall on the side of the former. Some aren't so bad once you get to know them. Just remember inside the club they just want cash or drugs. If they have any interest, they will let it be known and you can fall into some easy p*ss once you hook up with them outside of the club w/o wasting too much time. They get to the point quickly. As an added bonus, they usually have a crew of non-stripper friends who are just as bored and looking for a good time.
