I had a brain blip... (1 Viewer)

I forgot I had drafted Mike Evans when I grabbed Emeka Egbuka. Since I have to play 2 wide receivers and 2 flex and I’m already playing Odunze as one flex I think I have these choices:

1. Play both Evans and Egbuka this week.
2. Play Shaheed instead of Egbuka. I dont think one of my running back are a good choice.

I would then hope both Evans and Egbuka have good games so I might be able to trade one of them. But that discussion is for another day.

As always thanks for all your help..

12 team, PPR - QB, 2-WR, 2-RB, 2WR/RB, TE, K, Def, 8-BN 3-IR
QB – Josh Allen
WR – Nico Collins, Mike Evans, Rashid Shaheed, Rome Odunze, Emeka Egbuka, Joshua Palmer, Rashod Bateman
RB – Christian McCaffrey, James Conner, Jordan Mason, Braelon Allen, Brian Robinson,
Will Shipley, Chris Rodtiguez
TE – Jake Ferguson

Are you favored or an underdog? Playing both TB WR's raises your floor but lowers you ceiling. If you are favored by a lot then the high floor is the way to go. If you are a big underdog then you should split them to increase your chances of two guys have boom games.

Not ideal to have 2 from the same team, but play who you think is the best option. For WR I like Egbuka better than Shaheed.

Mason isn’t a horrible option at flex either. I think he’ll get enough touches to factor.

Please give mine a look here in the AC forum.

Just play em both. TB is gonna be good, It’s week 1, they’re the best two guesses without any data yet. Sit back and enjoy the game.

I would start Evans and Egbuka. Not ideal, but there are certain offenses that can support two good fantasy WRs, and TB is one of them. Especially in this matchup. Both games were shoot outs last year. I don't have any faith in NO this year. Their team implied total is something crazy low like 17.5 or 18.5. I understand wanting to diversify, but I'm not going that far down the well to do it. If you are REALLY uncomfortable starting then both, I would rather take the shot on Bateman in another game environment where the O/U is closer to 50 +/-
