I have Cousins, Darnold, McCarthy, B. Young and Stafford at QB in superflex Dynasty. Trade Stafford for Penix? (1 Viewer)

Tough decision. Are you a contender? If you are then I would keep Stafford. If you aren't then Penix might be a good option if you are a Penix believer. I think you may be able to get more for Stafford in a SF league though from someone desperate for QB help for this year.

Its a risk but I think you should but maybe ask for more in return.

I'm with Gally here in that if you think you can make playoffs then keep Stafford as you will need him. Mid-season you can re-evaluate and always trade Stafford then.
If Cousins starts this year then Penix value could drop giving you an advantage in the trade doing Stafford for Penix + something.
The tricky part comes is if the Penix owner isn't a contender. In that case I would trade Stafford to a QB needy team for a premium (some sort of pick package) and then use pick(s) to trade for Penix who would be cheaper.
During the season you should be able to get more for Stafford than what Penix costs.

Agreeing with tons of Gally advice comments on various threads. I don't think Stafford for penix straight up is the trade. But the process is win now or build is the deciding factor for me. If you grab penix and the others streamers work out. You still have a shot.... If they don't you get better draft picks and a QB. Cousins is in ATL for 2 years. But that doesn't mean he'll stay healthy for 2 years
