I'd go Mims or Reed at 1 or 2 interchangeably cause you got Williams already so maybe not Reynolds.

I would pick up Toney, Mims, and Reed and drop Stafford, Cooks, and Ferguson. If you really want to keep two TE's then I probably pass on Mims. Mims will be too hit and miss as Jeudy is back and they don't have enough to support multiple guys typically.

IMO I agree with Gally, you don't need Stafford with Allen, you are starting Allen every week. Same with the TEs you just need one.

With you having Chubb, who is probably out ros & Akers team status in limbo, I would target J Ford, to help your RB core. Would drop Zeke or Tank for him.
Regarding WR, I would go Atwell & Reed
