It's not really an inside joke. One of the forum regulars died a few months ago (Shiningpath). And since his avatar was a teletubby, a lot of people made up their own teletubby avatars as a tribute to him.

Usually if it's over your head, you're going to need to head over to the FFA to have any chance of understanding it. That's where the "inside jokes" all originate...as well as where the beset Fantasy Football advice on this forum is doled out
